General Manager – Philippe Campagno

For 30 years experience in the industry, working in many places in France, England and French Polynesia. Since approx. 25 years working in Poland,which for 13 years he was associated with an international hotel group Accor and 2.5 years with an international group Hilton.

 

For Accor, managed hotel 2*, 3* and 4* from 167 to 300 rooms, Orbis owned or under franchise brand of Accor. In Katowice and Zakopane, he manages complex Dual-Brand (Katowice Ibis Budget 2 * and 4 * Novotel and in Zakopane Giewont 3* and 3* Mercure Kasprowy).

 

For brand Hilton he opened hotel 3 and 4* (161 and 232 rooms) under the Hilton brand franchise.

 

The main achievements of Philippe to be member of the French Culinary Academy and various industry awards (for the best financial results, for the best manager, etc.) In the hotel chain Orbis / Accor.

Expert Office of Arts

and Social Media 

A young and dynamic person from Krakow, but with extensive experience in the creative industries in hotels. It is responsible for organizing all kinds of events, animation, fashion shows and art, the Miss PoloniaMalopolska and New Year’s Eve balls. She has also sporting events, among others, Bigger’s Better gala which was broadcast live to 65 countries with a total audience ratings of 19 million viewers.

It has numerous contacts with artists, athletes and managers in Poland, including Robert Janowski, Adam Sztaba and his orchestra, jurors Must Be The Music, Dorota Doda Rabczewska, Abba Cover, Ego, Przemyslaw Saleta, Ebi Smolarek, Jerzy Janowicz, etc. Contacts will allow us to organize various media events with a lower budget.

She finished a degree in Computer Graphics and Social Media. It cooperates with well known Krakow agency specializing in advertising campaigns, social media and web positioning and data base and mailings as well as with several printers.

renovation and modernization

The work in the construction industry started in 1992. Experience in the fields of construction, such as building from scratch, repairs and modernization gained over many years working in Poland and abroad. Since 1992. working from the lowest level in the construction industry raise skills and gaining practical and theoretical knowledge, quickly climbed to the leadership positions. While for 17 years in Austria he was responsible for the execution of construction, renovation and finish and coordination team. After returning to the Polish opened his own construction company. The knowledge and extensive experience resulted in cooperating on the supervision and execution of repairs and finishes construction of several hotels, among others The Ibis Lodz (3 *, 209 rooms), Novotel Katowice (4 * 300rooms), Hotel Mercure KasprowyZakopane (3 *, 288 rooms) and the supervision of the execution finishing hotels Hampton by Hilton Krakow (3 *, 161 rooms) and the DoubleTree by Hilton Krakow (4 *, 232 rooms).

Expert of Sales Director

He has several years experience in sales, which was gained in large international companies. He specializes in the creation and implementation of a consistent policy of sales and – marketing, pricing preparing and building the optimal structure of sales, which together with the specific objectives set leads to the implementation of the budget assumptions. Attracting new clients, negotiating contracts, building business relationships and the evaluation and development of new sales opportunities is one of the many areas of activity. The ability to effectively manage subordinate team, acquired through training, as well as in practice allows you to provide professional service quality. He has practical knowledge in the field of research and analysis of the market situation and to monitor the current trends in the hospitality industry.

Expert of kitchen

In the profession for 17 years. The kitchen is his passion imparted to him by his father, who worked for 16 years in one of the most prestigious hotels in Poland and by an aunt who ran several restaurants in Italy. There he began his career in the kitchen basic position in Alba Adriatica – one of the best restaurants in the country, within a few years was promoted to chef (in 2005). Over the next 10 years, he led several well-known hotel restaurants, including for the international Accor. He met various types of cuisine (Fusion, Italian, Spanish, French, etc.) and constantly develops their interests, taking part in many training courses in Poland and abroad, for example: “Culinary tour and exchange program “Abstoss” world gastronomy (MADRID FUSION 2011) and in the restaurants, ” Michelin Star” in Spain.
